These images are created using professional peel-apart Polaroid film. The positive (photo) is discarded almost immediately, and the remaining negative is placed upon a receptor, I use watercolour paper.The "image" of the photograph preserved in the dyes of the negative is thereby "transferred" onto the paper. The result is a unique impressionistic image. Due to the nature of the process each print is an original and it is unlikely to ever achieve the same result twice.These images have been printed using genuine Epson archival pigment inks. The original Polaroids can be purchased too.
